We had used a Halo bassinet for our first 2 children, but after moving cross country, we sold many of our big bulky items and needed a new one for child #3. One thing that we wanted in the new bassinet is wheels....we wanted to be able to move it from room to room or even readjust from one side of the bed to the other without any heavy lifting.After assembling this Maydolly Bedside Sleeper and putting it thru it's paces, we are impressed. Here are a few of the notable features:*Assembly was easy....instructions were well done (which seems to be a rarity these days).*Raising / lowering the height is super easy and intuitive....cranking the dials on either end of the bassinet couldn't be easier*Wheel locks are OK, they are a little hard to execute but they use a standard design that you've seen before and it's not complicated (step on it to lock and pull up to release).*To release the side bar to open up the side, it's easy if you are standing upright (it takes a little strength and leverage), but if you are lying in bed, it's not super easy to do in the middle of the night. It is quite secure though, which is of primary importance.*Mattress is decent....a little cushion, but not too much.When it comes to baby products, I can be very critical of the design and execution of these items....but I am happy to report that this is a very sound, well designed bassinet. All in all, this works very well and will keep our daughter safe and secure while providing her parents with much needed peach of mind.

These things are great! Everybody knows cosleeping is dangerous, dont @ me... But it is scary to just not be right next to a newborn so this lefts you be just a foot away while promoting solo sleeping habits. 10/10 must have.
