We are extremely happy with this vacuum. It works so efficiently to clean our floors. I like the app for customizing the suction and the level of water the mop uses. It works so well. I like that you can make no go zones and no mop zones. Our floor is so clean after we run this vacuum. We stay really busy so having this vacuum makes our lives so much easier because we just turn it on & it does all the work for us. I highly recommend this vacuum. It is modern and blends in with our home well. Very happy with our purchase.

Update:Delivered on May 14th by June 16th the vacuum would no longer take a charge and outside of return window. Vacuum is making contact with the charging posts but won’t take a charge.Another issue was the software. The map wouldn’t stay active so the vacuum was always trying to regenerate a new map and I’d have to relabel the rooms. The schedule wouldn’t stay active either, I’d have it clean everyday at noon and after a few weeks it’d just quit running it’s schedule.They software is more of an annoyance more than it is a deal breaker and could be fixed with an update. The not charging though is a major issue with no evidence as to why it won’t receive a charge.Original review:This vacuum is really impressiveIn the imagine you can see all the squiggly lines where the vacuum tracked. It started at 8 am and by 9 it had finished all that.What I love:Vacuum does an amazing job cleaning, it’s very thorough. It definitely can tell when it’s on different surfaces, so thicker rugs and carpet it increases the suction. On tile it vacuums and mops.What could be improved:In the app, I was looking for scheduling to have it vacuum daily. It took a few minutes to find, it’s under timers. I think Timers needs to change to Schedule.Current dislikes:It seems like daily that the dust bin is clogged and I have to manually empty it. Challenges of have two children and cat toys everywhere. Didn’t seem to have that issue with my Shark.Overall I love this way more than our Shark robot vacuum. It barely bumps into things, it’s thorough and you can tell it to go to an exact spot on your floor plan and it goes there and it will clean; unlink my shark.

This vacuum works just like it's advertised. It was very simple to set it up, the app is intuitive, and it's works very well. You are able to use it as a mop or as a vacuum depending on how you set it up. It is able to keep track of what it has already cleaned and what still needs to be cleaned, which makes it better than the Roomba that I have which just goes around randomly. The suction of this robot vacuum is great as well, it can go through carpet just like it goes through hardwood or tile. Overall great product!

The media could not be loaded.  As owner of 4 cats, we were looking for a new vacuum robot to help us to keep the house clean. I almost bought a shark/roomba but then I found this one. I read the reviews and I decided to give it a try.This is amazingly good! Great suction power, easy to setup and does a great job for a great price.I can't recommend this enough!

Love the machine. Does a great job vacuuming but once it finishes and goes back to charge and empty dirt it has yet to empty dirt to collection bag. It lets you know it’s stopped up and has to be empty manually. Very frustrating.

Only have had the vacuum around 7 months and it no longer works at all. Started off pretty good but then after a few months the room mapping started to malfunction. I emailed their support and finally got ahold of someone there. Responses are slow, if you can get actually get ahold of someone expect at least 3 days in between responses. Then once you get something you have a whole bunch of work to do to try and troubleshoot your own unit...Anyway, we got through that the unit worked ok again for a few months and then the issue started again except this time in addition to the map having issues the unit would not charge. Current state is unit is completely dead and nothing can be done with it. Customer service is non-responsive x 2 weeks. If you're thinking about buying this device or this brand you'd be better off just flushing your $300 - $400 down the toilet.

I used it on hardwood floor mostly. It did great job of swiping and mopping. It's so nice to have the auto charging, smart mapping and self emptying function at this price. Recommended.

The media could not be loaded.  I have two dogs and as you imagine, there is a lot of fur! This has been a great robot vacuum so far it. It gets the job done, maps the room out, and I love that I can make it clean anywhere from the app. I’ve tried several vacuums before and will say this one has definitely been my favorite! This a great Robot vacuum that is efficient. I lost my other vacuum and had to get another one of these because I really liked the detail and suction this vacuum has.
