most impresive carrage lamps
These lamps are wonderful but I recommend that the batteries should be improved to at least 1200 mA this would allow the lamps to stay on longer John

Look around, they are good value.
These may not be the most sturdiest (I had purchased about 4 years ago so already aware of this) but I found the light efficient and reliable. compared to others.There was a part missing from the set from this Amazon seller that was dealt with extremely well. No complaints. Just don't expect battleship construction or materials at this price.

Terrible and not what is stated
Do not buy, not led, just a silly tiny bulb that does not work, only way to get a refund is to go through all the palaver of getting stickers and boxes and take out your time to send back a product that is not what is stated, worst value for money I've ever had, would advise no one to waist the money on this as I've only found it to late

Works good
Happy with it works great don't need a lot of sun for them to work easy to put up look decorative and good size maybe don't give a lot of light of them but gives enough but that's not what I bought them for bought for my wife's summerhouse and they look good up

Questionable post production Quality Control
Have purchased this set a number of times as they look excellent in daylight and operate reasonably satisfactory at night - when working . Regretfully they have a very limited life span due to questionable quality even accepting the reasonable cost. On half the supplies I have expeieced at lest one light not working or requiring attention to get it to work. Amazon seem to regularly change their nominated supply source as each of my sets have come from different sources and my last supply in May 17 was from Giftuk and contained two defective units. In order for them to consider rectifying or replacing the defective units they insisted the items are returned via the PO at my initial expense which I consider unreasonable and therefore I will seek a better quality option elsewhere or the future..

Price and look - good! Quality - meh.
I bought 12 of these and have mounted them around my back yard perimeter fence.PROS-Very cute little lanterns, have earned me some nice comments from visitors-A snap to set up and install-Will charge up nicely even on a cloudy day (providing they get direct light - my one lantern that gets tree cover suffers)-The light sensors are good, all 12 of my lanterns will come on at dusk within 1-2 minutes of each other-The vendor was great, rectified a shipping error without complaintCONS-There's a bit of upkeep involved. I find myself having to shake the odd lantern on certain nights to get it to come on. Questionable construction but that's what you get for a cheap item-There's no drainage holes, so you do have to watch for the lamp diffuser filling up with waterWould I buy these again? Yes. They are fun and I do like them. Are they going to last forever? Probably not! I wish I could give these 4 stars but... not quite there.
