The media could not be loaded. This is a pretty awesome lifesaver of a tool! Before I bought it, I saw a few negative reviews on here, but in my research before buying realized in their videos they were not even using it like the instructions state. So I pulled the trigger and bought one. Cost was a little high, but when I got it, I knew immediately why. The quality of this thing is AMAZING. I joked with my husband that I don’t need a Louisville Slugger by our bed at night anymore to protect him! This thing is solidly built, not heavy, just a slick aesthetically pleasing quality product that will last a lifetime. So, the cost was irrelevant when I considered that.I suppose I’m writing this long of a review so I can share my experience and let you know how I’m using the tool. I even made a video you can watch! So here are a few ways I used the tool and the company even said there are lots of other things you can do with it on their website.Lifting the mattress is the primary purpose of the tool as it is advertised and as I said above, improper use will result in a failed attempt. I rushed it and forgotten when I got mine and could see it slip out when I just pushed it in and though it would lift. The key to success here is watching their videos! I watched it, and replicated what they did and it worked! Once I did it, it was like riding a bike. I felt so stupid after I realized how simple it is. The big point I want to say is make sure that little backside (I think they call it a heel or something) is pushed onto your box spring. You do that by inserting and then raising up slightly, and then nudging in with your leg to set it. I kept my leg on there the whole time until that heel caught on the box spring. Then I could feel it hold the mattress. It was pretty awesome how easy it was from there to lift my super heavy California King mattress!Getting our super speedo tight fitted sheets on this monster mattress is a PAIN. When you lift the corner of the mattress it somehow makes putting these sheets on easier. I think it might have to do with the fact that when you lift your actually curling the corner of the mattress a few inches and it give you more takeup on the fitted sheet. So it lets you get the corner sheet over the corner of the mattress much easier! Putting those sheets on is like playing tug-a-war with a gorilla, thank the Lord this tool makes this soooo much easier. Lift, and pull it over. Pretty simple not much else to say here.Another place we use this gem is near our side table. We got these side tables that are pretty and all, but are close to our bed and are HUGE. Trying to get in there to put the bedding over those corners near headboard are near impossible. I flop like a fish on the bed trying to struggle to push our bedding in there. Zlumberjack lets me just jack up our mattress and the corner pops right up out of that deep dark area and makes it super accessible! With the mattress up and above the side table, I can easily pull the sheets over, and then lower the mattress back down! This alone was worth paying for this thing. You have no idea how aggravating it is dealing with our side tables. Maybe you have a similar issue! Thank you ZlumberJack!Another absolutely annoying thing we do with our mattress is take off and wash our mattress protection bag that zips up around the mattress. We paid a lot for our mattress and so we bought a protection cover. We like to clean it from time to time as well! We use to have to pull that entire mattress off the bed, it took 3 people!!!! We just follow their videos and lifted the bottom and slide the bag on like a huge tube sock. Waaayyyyy easier than having to physical remove this mattress as the mattress protection instructions show!!!We also use it to tidy up the skirting we have in our guest bedroom, we just lift up practically the entire mattress (this one isn’t a huge California King) and adjust the skirting. Pretty awesome. I will say the corners will sag a bit if you lift in the center of the mattress, but that is to be expected!One other nice added bonus is being able to tuck the sheets in without having to bend over! Piece of cake!I have had previous back issues and I try not to stay hunched over for long periods of time, and I really try and avoid having to lift any mattress or anything heavy. So having this sitting by our bed is a no-brainer. Seriously, why would you want to wrestle with these huge blocks of memory foam and springs when you can use this tool to do all sorts of neat stuff to help you. Makes sense, my husband uses a jack to change tires on our car, people use crowbars to lift heavy stuff, why can’t I have my own tool to do this kind of heavy lifting with the bed chores! It lets me get under the “hood” of my bed and pretty much handle the entire thing myself.I’ve told my family and friends about this product. I let my mother who appreciates having a made bed, but struggles with their heavy tempur-pedic, she loves hers as well. Take the pain out of messing around with these mattress, and save your back. I could spend the money and get a quality product or keep trying to wrestle this mattresses of ours and most likely pull out my back completely resulting in $100’s if not $1,000’s in medical bills. So you tell me if it’s worth it! It was for me! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the creators of this home defense capable, mattress lifting, sheet tucking, utility tool for the bed! Amazing idea and it will sit by our bed for a long, long time! Hope this helps some of you with your purchase, don’t hesitate to give it a try, I promise you will not regret it!!!!

Well built, but...Will not work on bed that has side end tables, you cannot get close to the corner. Not for an older person with weaker legs/knees. Takes two people, one to work it and one to do the sheets. Does not make bed-making any easier.

My daughter recommended a double platform bed with 6 drawers underneath on both sides. Nice. However, it has NOT been nice to change or make. This, however has changed that so I can make my bed by myself.The mattress sits 'down' in about a 1inch inset, and lifting up the corner of the mattress for the fitted sheet hass been sheer non-fun. And with it hard to get it securely on, the corners would slide off, requiring frequent "fixes" (rackefratchit*$#@*!). This handy dandy tool makes it sooooo easy to make the bed properly so that I don't have to fix it every other day or so, either. YAY!!!!!

Both my wife and I are disabled vets who have a difficult time making the bed. This lever really helps a lot by holding the mattress up while we tuck the sheets in. Very handy.

I have a very heavy mattress and can’t lift it. I ordered this honestly not really believing it would work. But I thought I would give it a try. I even left the tag attached in case I wasn’t happy with it. After the first time I changed the sheets on the bed, the tag was instantly removed! I absolutely love this! It’s well worth the money!

My earlier review suggested the product didn’t really work as expected. Required 2 hands to lift mattress because it slipped out thus making it difficult to tuck sheets. In reality, need to jam it in a bit, deeper under mattress to keep it in place with no hands. The company was terrific to work with, offered refund, sent instructional video. Beyond and above service. So, 2 stars to 5 stars. I was too quick to judge. Should have “played around” a bit with it to get the hang.

Nice product. Don't try to use it with one hand as advertised unless you have decent hand strength. It is pictured near the corner of the mattress but it is easier to use more towards of the center of the side of the corner you are working with. Don't forget to pay attention to the little mark on the handle.
