I want to send a shoutout to the SmartDer company. Their customer service has been amazing. Long story short, Amazon gave me a completely different and far-off date for my SmartDer item to arrive, which put in motion a number of issues on my end. I reached out to SmartDer and learned that their shipping date was much sooner than anticipated, by at least 7 days but I had already put other events into motion due to Amazon's shipping date. SmartDer did everything in their power to correct an issue that truly was out of their control. I can't express to SmartDer enough how much their efforts were appreciated. Their customer service is amazing! I wish all companies, large and small, had customer service representatives who cared this much. When the time comes, I will absolutely purchase from this company again, but if I have shipping date questions, I will reach out to them directly for the right info. Okay, so I absolutely love this bed. It is so cute and it is everything I was hoping it would be. However, if there is a second sleeper beware your pillow might fall off 😂 I sleep against the wall, which is why I got this bed, so it doesn't really affect me too much. It also squeaks like crazy at every movement 😂 every time I get up I cringe cause my floors are painted and I just know it's coming off 😂

The bed is cute just make sure you get a 10 inch mattress. I got an eight and I feel like I needed to get a 10 and I think I’m gonna do but it does the job for the price.

Well, I would first like to start off by saying “heyyy” and next, I would like to follow up with this is quite a sturdy piece of furniture. Although it did take me a while to figure out how to assemble the drawers, and they happen to be missing the pre- Fabricated holes to install the wheels on the bottom of the drawers. They are quite sturdy. They have not fallen off, and I like the fact that the drawers are trackless to prevent any inserting or removing of the drawer in the wrong manner, that would compromise it’s sturdiness. 5 Stars all the way around .

Sturdy, nice quality, somewhat simple instructions. The screws to use for different sections was a little tricky. Drawers are large. Overall very pleased and looks just as described.

Easy to assemble, low price for what it’s worth.
