There were 3 parties who did not inform me about the delivery ; the deliveryservice, the supplier in Japan and Amazone . the first time the product probably did not arrive in Netherland and the second time it was send back to supplier cause i was not informed that it was brought to a pick-up point and the delivery systems, all of them, are worse than the worst 3third world country postalwise . So i will have to buy another brand also from Japan which is somewhat less good but i can buy it at a dutch prep shop with good customerservice, wont throw away the tapholders from cleansuii, just in case some shop with good customerservice will start selling them .It's a pity though.

Cost almost 1/3 of what you pay at shops. Go for it.

フィルターは少し長めで交換してますが　私には問題無し。両手先がふさがってても　両手首でスイッチを変えられる。納豆のネバネバもシャワーですぐ落ちるし、、コスパ良しです。
