Worth it
Loved this for our engagement party. Takes a couple of minutes and the middle part on both letter E's didn't inflate but I still would recommend.

Waste of money.
Bought this banner to celebrate a family member finishing their chemotherapy. The balloons didn’t come with a straw to slip into the opening valve to blow up. I had to improvise with a tiny hollow lollipop stick which almost gave me a brain hemorrhage blowing up all the letters. The A, E and Y would not stay inflated. I’ve purchased similar happy birthday banners from home bargains for half the price that stay inflated for weeks. Don’t waste your money folks and shop around.

At this price couldn't not get it in readiness for next year
I'm only going to require to change 3 to a 4. Perfect.Have saved so much money by thinking ahead and will put it away safely.Now, just need to remember where safely is........Balloons look really sturdy and will most certainly do the job I need them for.

Dissatisfied with this purchase
I had a problem inflating the “E”’s as they had different valves than all the other letters. They were harder to inflate and would not stay inflated and I couldn’t surprise my daughter on the day of her A level results.I received an immediate refund after a chat with a customer service agent, but it was a lot of hassle.

Great Balloons
Bought these for a colleague’s retirement at work. Were very easy to inflate using the straw and put up. Were loved by everyone who seen them and they took them home with them to hang up. Brilliant product!

Not recommended.
Feedback: customer service number to no avail. In the end we had to come up with a creative way to display the balloons. No happy at all and I don’t recommend this product to anyone. They say to contact them first but it’s impossible as no number although there seems to be an email address. Not helpful when you’re stuck with a problem that needs prompt attention.
