SKS Bluemels 75 U Fahrrad-Schutzblech (Set) // 27,5'/28'/29' (Kurz-/Langversion)

I've been trying to look for fenders for my converted ebike. I have 2.4 inch continental trail kings on them. Of course I have to improvise and came up with my own mounting methods. But these fit great. It's been a dry year, but the puddles didn't splash at my legs, so it's a big improvement. I knew I would have to come up with my own mounting anyway, since my bike is not a normal bike, and the 29x2.4 is probably wider than the bike officially supports anyway.

These are awesome. I wanted something sturdy and wide so they can accommodate several tire types.These fenders are really wide so I knew there could be issues installing them out of the box. With few measurements and a dremel tool it was really easy to modify the fender to fit on the bike. Well worth the little work.The build of these are great. Easy to install after the small modifications.I love how they are mounted too, my old fenders had those little mounting bars sticking out and i would always scratch my shins. These use metal U frames that the fender attaches too. A much better design as it allows for a more rigid fender.I would recommend this to anyone but remember that do to the width the odds are you might have to cut out some of the plastic to accommodate the fork and frame.Side note that during the modification process i thought these were all plastic. It turns out that they are plastic around some type of thin sheet metal. Probably done to make it more sturdy. Good design job on that too.

These fenders are decent, you have to get creative with some of the mounting, and the instructions are in German. But its sort of hard to find fenders for 27.5 tires. They do what they're intended for and that's really all you can ask for.

I installed these on my Schwinn Axum e bike conversion and I love them. They provide a lot of mounting accessories though I did have to do some custom work to mount them because this bike has no provisions for fenders, if my bike was built to mount fenders the install would have been extremely simple. They look good and are sturdy.

I like that the defenders are lightweight and have parts to fit many types of bikes. But there are a lot of drawbacks too. Especially with width where the fenders bolt on. I had to trim mine to fit. And the fenders are somewhat brittle. I leaned the bike up against the wall and a piece of the rear fender snapped off. So be careful. They are more fragile than I believe they should be. My buddy has plastic fenders and he has no problems. Unfortunately his will not fit mine. So if you take a tumble with the bike you might just find out how bad the fenders are.

I bought these for a 29 x 3“ tire. They are not designed to fit this wide a tire but they will work! The only issue was the front fender did not mount how it was supposed to on my surly ECR 29+ because of the Tire size. But, with a little ingenuity I got it to work just fine. But they are definitely big enough to cover most of the tire to keep you relatively dry and mud free. And they do have a nice quality feel to them tire size. There isn't much fenders for a 29x3" decided to give the SKS Bluemels 75 a try.Modified the struts and attachment points so it'll fit my Surly ECR (Extremely Customizable Ride), and so far it doesn't wobble nor rattle.Edit: I have salvaged a strut for the front fender from another bike, JB welded it on to a piece of Surly rack strut so I could screw the strut onto the fork. I haven't modified anything on the rear rack, simply used the large and the medium sized strut it came with and used creativity to mount it.The fender have done a perfect job at keeping my cargo on my racks dry and clean, and it has kept dirt off of the frame.March 5, 2020 edit: Realized it is a pain in the butt to get to the rear tire since the fender gets in the way, but it is easy to remove the front tire with the fender on. Another downside is that if you are constantly boxing up your bike for travel or shoving it inside a vehicle you have to handle the fender with care otherwise you'll damage it. It is a good fender for commuter bike though.

Very sturdy fenders, that are light weight. The fenders are adjustable for every bike.

Très bons gardes boue de qualité, adaptable à souhait en recoupant les tiges si besoin, ( montés sur un Rockrider E-ST 520 ) pensez à commander également les colliers pour le montage du garde boue avant ... Drôle d'idée de les vendre séparément

Fantastic mudguards, I put these on my mountain bike with front suspension forks. I had already bought brackets for the front forks so they would attach. Had to cut the stems down with a hacksaw as my tyres are 27.5 and the instructions weren’t very good either. But I managed to work it out eventually. I would definitely recommend these, they look really good and are lightweight and fit perfectly.
