Our hamster loves this bedding .

This is a little bag of luxury and my hamster loves it. It’s natural fibre coming from the large pods that you can purchase on here and it goes a long way. Don’t let the size of the bag fool you. I thought it was super small when it arrived and was pretty disappointed but as soon as I started pulling it out the bag didn’t seem to be getting any smaller.It’s perfect if you have, like mine, a little hammie that is sensitive to man made fibre and sweats a lot. It’s very airy and light and best of all, natural.I have bought quite a lot of them and I also buy the pods that it comes from. They give the equivalent more or less of one bag and the bonus is the edible seeds that are inside them that your hammie can munch on till their hearts delight.I would recommend this product for your sensitive little hamsters or even if yours isn’t sensitive give it a go. It’s like having a memory foam mattress for hamsters.

Lovely soft texture and very cosy. My hamster did not know it so she removed it all from her nest but by morning she was settled again. I divided the bag into 2 parts so it will work for 2 cage cleans

I really love this product. My Syrian hamster, Milo, loves it. It's very warm and keeps insulated well. It is very stretchy and Milo finds it easy to be able to shape a hole for herself in her house. She also fills this back in with her itsy Bitsy hands. Very cheap and affordable, but I only use this in the house as personally I like her house bed to be different from the rest of the stuff in the cage. My one criticism of this is that there isn't a lot if you wanted to fill a cage with it. And I'm not sure how much this may get in a hamsters mouth or food when they bring something into their den. HOWEVER, this has never caused my hamster to get I'll or sneeze or anything.Also in summer this may get warm and your hamster might seek out an area cooler

Have used this over the last 18 months with no problems for our hamster (having seen the other one star reviews since) but maybe the difference here is that our hamster has about 10 inches of pillow wad wood shavings to burrow in and uses this to line it, rather than a hut. She doesn’t eat it but moves it with her pouches.

I've always bought the shredded paper type bedding which all my small animals have liked but thought I'd try this as you get two bags and it seems to be a fair bit you get. It's so soft!! It's like spun silk and I can imagine it keeps pets cool on summer and warm in winter. My mouse was initially sceptical but after she tried it, shes happy.
