Of corse I would like it if it had a storage area and kept it cold till you removed it Lol , but being realistic it is a great ice maker , the price was good .The main thing I learned a little late - had to throw out the ice made during a 2 hour period . I learned you have to drain the contense hidden or stored in the back of the product , you have to have a bowl under the plug when you unplug to let the water out that is up front , it has a cycle that it runs out the water from the back , it is a little bit of a learning curve , timming it just right .You may have to unplug the electric cord and let it cycle out the water if you miss it going over to the front under the ( kinda )open weve basket .If you leave the water for a day or two the ice is not useable , the plastic taste is really bad .It could be that it was newer at the time , but I always , now cycle out the old water that comes from the back storage compartment .

It worked great for the first 6 months then it slowly started messing up until now it's completely stopped working tried messing with it a couple times and it still won't work. Was used on a daily basis to make multiple loads of ice. Contacted costumer support and they have me some trouble shooting options and when those didn't work they sent me a new replacement even though it had been months later, very thankful and happy with my purchase and for great customer support and service

Better then the previous one I had it does the ice better and faster , I Love it ❤️

I would like to say I loved this ice maker - but no. It was problematic from the beginning but I kept thinking there was something I wasn't doing right. NOPE! It is noisy, extremely slow at making the ice cubes, and it won't turn off so I have to unplug it. MY BAD for not sending it back straight away and now it's too late. Buy the igloo - that's what I had before and it was wonderful. I ordered this one because I needed it fast and delivery was faster on this make than Igloo would have been. This one SUCKS!!I came back to edit my review! After exhausting communication with this company - KUMIO - I was finally able to receive a total refund for a defective ice maker - after it stopped working just outside of the warranty. It was only a few months old.

It came packaged fantastically! It works great and was easy to set up and begin use however it is very loud when the motor is running to make ice.

Very happy with this little workhorse. We bought a new refrigerator 3 years ago... four ice makers later we decided to quit wasting money on it and purchase this countertop unit and we couldn't be happier. We are astonished at how quickly it makes ice. And as for the noise it's just the fan that makes a little bit of noise. No more so than the microwave or a bathroom exhaust fan. Like other users, we accumulate the ice in the refrigerator. Yes, it's a little wet and it does freeze together, but one good whack with the ice scoop (included) and we have perfect ice for our drinks. The good folks at Samsung who made our piece of crap refrigerator should take lessons from these guys.

Very easy to use. It comes with easy directions and set up. Just remember that the ice lid needs to vent for at least 2 hours before using the first time. It really makes ice in under 10 minutes. Now I don't have to buy extra ice for entertaining or for family get togethers. Just drain the water when done and store in pantry until the next party.

A bit loud and annoying. Makes ice really fast but doesn’t keep it cold. The ice cubes will melt if not removed immediately. Plan to buy a more expensive one in the very near future.

Very nice machine, make sure to let it sit 24 hours once you get it before you use it. That’s in the instructions. Makes ice very quick. It’s nice and compact. If you don’t have a lot of counterspace. Very satisfied. It does not make real big ice cubes, but that’s what I was looking for.

This is a great product. I highly suggest that you use it to make your ice cubes then put them in a container or bucket. Once that is full and the ice maker is empty of water then unplug it until you need it again. The reason I suggest this is that first off the motor gets really hot and I can see it burning out faster if it constanstly runs, also the water/cubes start to smell/go stale after a bit and it tastes funky.Also leave the lid open after you are using it if you unplug it.Otherwise it is fantastic and I am very happy with it..

Sometimes it stops making ice even if it has the water in it. And runs out of ice. Then have to restart again

Shipped safely, looks well built not cheap, very easy to use and makes great fast ice! First batch came out shaped right, frozen perfect and I have zero issues to complain about so far. If something comes up after a while I will update but I would definitely recommend this ice maker if you are in the market for a table top one for sure. Oh it's not super heavy so can take with you anywhere like camping etc. I bought the teal/blue colored one it's exactly as pictured.

The ice maker worked for 5 hours and made a good amount of ice. After that the ice was only being created on one side of the tubes as not all the tubes were getting cold. The ice cubes that were being made were all stuck together. The instruction manual says the ice sticks together if the water is too cold if you leave the ice in the water. The water was room temperature as I plugged it in the next morning from it sitting all night and immediately all the ice was stuck together ice maker does not work.
