I read so many reviews before selecting this keypad and lock. It works great and I love the keyless tag it comes with to unlock the door, very convenient. Easy to install and pretty easy to setup.

Besides the price and general features, I purchased this product because it would fit in my door without having to modify the existing hole size. Most similar product require a hole size of 2-1/8 inch. Installation was very easy and the lock performs as advertised.

I love this deadbolt! I have set up and frequently used at least 6 different types of deadbolts over the past few years for home and work. This is by far the best. 100% worth it. Easy to set up. Instructions are clear and simple to follow. The app works well and is simple to use. I bought this for work originally and ended up buying one for my home too. I plan on replacing all of my keypads with this one. Love it!

I was looking to replace my old electronic locks and stumbled across this. I like that it is an electronic handset. I was replacing an electronic deadbolt and need another deadbolt to replace it with.I was attracted to this lock because of it versatility and price. You can open this door remotely, with a key fob, or a code, It also has the capability to unlock with Alexa, but I cannot get that to work. I found this lock on sale, which was a super bonus.Installing the lock was pretty easy. It was just plug and play since I was replace a deadbolt for a deadbolt. It took my about 7 minutes to install. Adding profiles, and codes were very easy once you figure it out.My family primary uses the code function. We have not used the key fob option yet and really have no need to use the key other than an emergency back up.The app is pretty basic, but very easy to use and navigate. I like that it tells me who has unlocked the door and keeps a history of the date and time. In order to be able to unlock the door while away via the internet, you will need to purchase a gateway. It does not have to be the TEEHO gateway though. Do your homework when purchasing a gateway, I went through 3 of them before I found one that worked. You can run multiple locks on the gateway and the app though. I am currently running 2.The lock is very nice looking, but I do not think it has a designated wake up button and I am still figuring out what the lock button is. To wake it, I just hold my finger on the keypad for a couple of seconds. I like this lock. It seems pretty durable, but only time will tell. I will also have to wait on the verdict on battery life, but it looks promising. This is a viable option and a serious competitor to the other big name brand electronic locks.

The media could not be loaded.  We have been wanting to add a self lock and this fit the bill. It was VERY easy to install. You do have to download an app to set a code but you can lock and unlock the door from your phone and you can set multiple codes for each person to have one. So you can give one to your house keeper and family members with ease of knowing who’s coming in and out of your house since each person will have a unique code. You can set a timer for the lock to set once you close the door. The lock also comes with key chain keys so you don’t have to type the code, you just put it close to the lock and it unlocks. Very convenient when your hands are full. For all the ladies out there, just have your husband install it and you take care of the app. See, EASY.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this lock and even though the deadbolt moved freely by hand the lock could only lock the deadbolt not unlock it. Exchanged it and found that the replacement could unlock the deadbolt but not lock it (see video). The motor is entirely underpowered.Two chances is enough. Looking at other options.

Great customer service, easy install, budget friendly. Better than the other brand I had(So****).
