Each has been lightly smoked, sliced and freshly hand glazed with our own blend of savory honey and spices to create a sweet crunchy glaze. Our Holiday Ham is paired with our 4-pound average smoked Turkey Breast. You can please everyone at your table and still save almost $20 when you purchase this combo! This Holiday Ham will serve approximately 12 dinner servings or 16-18 buffet servings. Our smoked honey glazed turkey breast will serve another 10-12 people, providing a nice choice for your dinner guests. Our Smoked Turkey Breast are a full breast, moist and tender. Do Not Heat in the oven it will only dry it out. Note all our products are locally sourced to our home base in the Kansas City area. Directions Upon receiving your Holiday Ham remove the ham from the cooler and freeze immediately. Allow 36 hours to thaw in refrigerator before serving. Holiday Hams are not water added hams. Because they are sliced, heating the whole ham will will only dry it out. We suggest serving at room temperature ( set out on counter a half an hour before serving ). If you prefer heating your ham, we suggest taking slices off the ham, placing them on a platter and heating in a microwave to desired temperature.
