Do not microwave!
Smaller than believed. I placed it in the mircrowave and in less than a minute, the spatula turned to a blob of melted plastic.

Not reall suited to turning items in pans with high sides
I thought these would be my solution for turning okinomiyaki pancakes, but they're not all that great...and the short handles get my hands dangerously close to the rim of my skillet. Better for working on a flat grill.
