The product is very cheaply made. The materials were inferior and the magnet fell off almost immediately. This really is a subpar product and I would not recommend anyone buy it unless they drastically reduce the price. It is Dollar Tree quality with a Target price tag. I recreated the design in about 10 minutes with scraps I had laying around and my version works perfectly. I am not trying to be rude, just want people to have an honest review. I saw this trap on 'Mousetrap Mondays' (youtube) and was excited to try it, but had to wait until I built my own to see it dunk mice. All that being said, I would recomment this product if the price were around $2, because that is all it is honestly worth.

Some helpful tips if you buy this!! First, the lip on some five gallon buckets might be a little big for the notch in the trap, but you can use the bucket handle to secure it. Second, remember to adjust the set screw!! The mice in our house were small so they were getting the food without tipping the plank. Once I adjusted the set screw to where it would tip if you barely touch it we caught 3 mice in two days!!! Highly recommend this trap!! Oh, and crunchy peanut butter worked best for us.

The actual product is good and what you see is what you get (the piece that hangs out over the bucket - you'll need to set up your own ramps for the rats to climb up). Unfortunately, however, the rats we had seemed too intelligent for this trap and none ended up falling into the bucket. I know others have had good results, so we might have just had bad luck with it. Also, the rats we had were large, I'm not sure if that makes a difference as the product image shows a very small rat.

Single trap unlike what is picturef but the product is useless in a barn. Had the peanut butter removed 3 times and have yet to have a mouse or rat walk the plank.

These traps didn't work for me at all. I wrote the seller for info, they wouldn't respond. I think they were a waste of money. I tried several variations: peanut butter, peanut butter with seeds, adjusting screws on "diving board", nothing worked for my braniac rodents. they simply outsmarted the product.

I put this trap in my camp I knew I had a mouse problem, I didn't know how bad until I started catching them. I set one up and in a three month span I had caught 75 mice and still counting. I adjusted the screws as directed in the instructions, I also put the peanut butter under the lip of the trap so they really had to work to get it, and spread some about 2 inches above the water line. I would only remove the mice and not dump the water, it would catch the most mice just before I changed the water because it was smelling too bad. the most I had in it at one time (because I didn't check it for about 5 days) was 14.

we have tried everything possible to make this work but it doesnt reset well. The description is also extremely deceiving. It says trap then traps but shows a picture with two. Its my fault for not checking properly but dont waste your money!
