I didn't think this product would work. I was taking Rhodiola by itself in 500 mg, but had quality control issues with the brand I was using. It also made me sleepy, which I didn't like. I decided to try this and only take 1 pill per day. I have issues with road rage and didn't think this product would work. I needed help in staying calm without taking something that would make me sleepy. This product has helped me and I just put this on auto delivery. Supplements affect people differently. For me, this product has helped my quality of life. Thank you.

I really wanted this to work and be so amazing. I used it for 3 weeks. I know that isn’t a lot of time, but I had to stop taking it. I realized that I was having TERRIBLE brain fog and making dumb mistakes at work. I looked back to when that started and it was within a week of starting this. I was also having difficulty focusing my eyes and the vision was blurry. I decided to stop taking the supplement and see how I felt. The brain fog has cleared and so had the focusing after a few days of not taking it. I did not experience my anxiety was lessened, but I have to say that some other issues that I thought were anxiety were caused by something else and that was cleared within a few days of starting this with other treatment and have not returned.This product may be great for some people. It just wasn’t helpful for me and so I cannot give it many stars.

At first, I absolutely loved this supplement - it helped me feel much calmer and able to cope with daily stressors without getting overwhelmed. But when I started taking it more regularly - one pill maybe 3-4 times a week - I began having pretty bad heart palpitations. At first I couldn't figure out what it was an went to my primary care doctor. I stopped taking it, and after a few weeks, the heart palpitations stopped. But, once I stopped taking it altogether, I felt absolutely horrible - severely depressed in a way that is completely out of the norm for me. Again, after a few weeks, it all seemed to settle down and I felt normal again. I'm sure this is unusual, but I would recommend that anyone taking this pay very close attention and look out for these side effects, because they were very severe for me.

I’ve been taking these for 3 days, and it might be psychological, but I definitely feel an improvement. I think due to Co-Vid and other stressing events/factors, my mental state was not great. This has helped me balance, become more relaxed and centered, yet more energized. I sleep better also. My nervous system was a wreck, and now it is under control!

I feel lighter in spirit, well rested, calmer when using this. I'm also getting GREAT quality sleep, and it seems to have helped regulate my sleep cycle, which has been an issue for me for 20+ years. I'm falling asleep easily (!!!) And waking after solid 7.5 hours quality test feeling refreshed. I wish I could subscribe and save, cuz I'm staying on this. Like others, I just FEEL BETTER.

I sent this product to my brother and when he received he verified the expiration date and it’s was expired on 11/2019. Almost one year.

I've had acid reflux for most of my adult life. I was prescribed PPIs but knew I didn't want to stay on them forever and they only gave good results at prescription level, nothing over the counter worked without limits.I've tried quite a few products and hoped apple cider vinegar or some probiotic products would be my answer but nothing addressed it.So instead of a product to help my body heal I've been using reactionary products like antacids, PPIs and such.I got this product earlier this week and took it around lunchtime. I have not experienced an uncomfortable moment or a reflux incident since I started taking it and I hope that continues.
