The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using the squat wedges and resistance band for last couple of leg workouts and it has been a game-changer for me. The squat wedge provides excellent support by elevating my heels, allowing for a deeper squat without compromising form. This has significantly improved my overall squatting technique and helped target muscle groups more effectively. It also helps my butt-wink issue I have which caused a bulged disc in my back a couple months ago, but with the wedges I can get a deeper squat without having that issue. As for the durability I was surprised with how sturdy they are, definitely heavier than I anticipated but they have held up well even with up to 365 on the bar for squats. Also the resistance band included in the set has added versatility to my leg workouts. I've found it particularly useful for reducing the load on leg machines such as the leg extension (as in the video), which helped alleviate the strain on my knees. The band is durable and offers enough resistance that I don’t have to load up the weight. I would definitely suggest these to someone looking to put on muscle, or anyone that is trying to avoid knee aches.

Very solid product. Like that there are 3 level of wedge heights you can use. The band and straps are an added bonus. Highly recommend

I could tell the quality of this product as soon as I unboxed it. They are made of hard rubber and would seem to me to hold up to anything you can put it it through. Besides using it for my workouts, my main purpose was to use it to increase my ankle flexibility. I have already tried it out and so far it is perfect for me. I haven’t tried out the bands that go with it, but so far it was worth the purchase for the wedges themselves.

The product looked fine and heavy but I didn’t like how it smelled like cigarettesI had to spray the bag with Lysol

The wedges appear solid and fit together well and are stable on floor for exercising. However they have a horrible strong smell and I cannot put them inside the house yet and it has been over a week in the outside porch airing out. I would like to use them inside so I am waiting to see if the smell will go away or if not then I will return them.

I’ve been looking for a equipment that would help me tone my legs and my buttocks. And I’m happy with SolBound product. It’s super sturdy, and has two different height for the squat wedges. And it has adjustable rubber for standing squats, or laying down. This product makes working out at home more fun than without. :)
