it is better than the 20 mg
my new supplement staple. upped my pqq to 40 mg after dave asprey said he takes the 40 mg per day. it is better than the 20 mg.

Necessary for people taking Ubiquinol, an essential supplement to heart support.
This product has been heavily advised by many physicians to enhance Ubiquinol. I would not be without it.
