I've had this robot cleaner for about 6 weeks. It works well and the features are easy to use on the app that you download and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. For the value, it seems to be fair.My only issue is that at times it seems to get lost when trying to return "home". It seems to be fine if it's 10-15 feet away from the base that it'll make it's way home. My main floor is kind of like the shape of an "L" and it seems to get stuck finding the base. It literally may take an additional 15 minutes for it to make it's way back and you may need to take the remote out to help it find home base or pick it up and place it where it needs to be.

Cleaning only open space, same area. The vacuum is a bit lazy, only goes to easy area, come back so fast even if I put it manually in the smaller area. Lots of room to improve on technical side. The vacuum is more stylish than others.update: customer support contacted me and looks like they are trying hard to improve the product. plus one star for the good attitude.

It works from the I phone

Purchased the Verefa because I was tired of vacuuming. It did a very good job. Straight lines and picked up everything in its way. Then something happened where it went a little crazy. I called customer support and they were quick and efficient. They wanted to see a video of what I was explaining so I sent them a video. A couple days letter they said we will ship you out a new Verefa. They even called the next day to make sure I received it and asked if I needed any help. Except for the minor bump in the road the Verefa is a great vacuum followed by great customer service.

It arrived quickly and was easy to set up and run using the App, however it kept getting stuck behind furniture, we had to lift up every rug in the house as it ripped one on the first day of use!, it knocked over the dog's water bowl too. My main dislike is that it uses cold water without detergent to clean the floors, so basically it doesn't clean at all, and left them sticky to walk on. Decided to return it.

good product, I had issue with excessive leak of water in first 3 monhts, called the Customer service they are very prompt to replace the whole unit if necessary, but I asked them just to send the water tank replacement and see if that works.. Delivery took 2-3 weeks but after all, everything is working fine as expected..

I have about 800 square feet, mostly hard wood, and a single level. However, there are a few Matt’s/rugs in the bathroom and in front of the kitchen sink. There are also two 1/2” thresholds to the bathroom. This unit covers it all with a single charge and does a great job.I have not used the Wi-Fi, App or scheduled cleaning; so cannot comment in this area. Also, I have not used the mopping feature at this point. I am impressed that it does not bang into objects and it climbs the thresholds/transitions into the bathroom without issue.
