Convenient
The media could not be loaded. The bottle that I received was a bit scratched up but I don't mind, because what's important is that the pills inside are still in good condition. The bottle is also really small which makes it convenient to travel with it. I bought this on top of Glucosamine to improve joints health, especially in my left knee that had an old ACL reconstruction surgery, since Collagen Type II is the best at aiding joints movement compared to other types. Although I have only just started taking it, I hope to have healthy knees for sports soon!
