Q: I have a pretty large head and usually need adjust all the way with hats, etc. Is this headset adjustable to fit larger heads?

All of our headsets have UltraFlex headbands. You can pull it to make the headband larger and it also bends and holds its shape. So, it can be adjusted to fit a wide variety of head shapes and sizes :)

Q: We have a noisy environment and it is a concern that the caller not hear it. Is this headset noise cancelling?

Yes, they are noise cancelling. I'm very particular about sound quality, both incoming and outgoing and this is excellent. I'm not the tech expert on this but I can say you can talk to a real live human here and get all of your questions answered. 1-800-HEADSETS (1-800-432-3738)

Q: Can you adjust the listening volume of your headsets without changing how loud you sound to others?

Yes! The volume between what you hear and what others hear is separate. :)

Q: What are the diferent modes that the FocusLight indicates?

Great question! When you’re on a call, the FocusLight will be solid blue. When you have an incoming call, it will flash blue. When you mute the microphone, the FocusLight will turn solid purple. :)
