This is my first robotic vacuum. I had held off on buying one because I was skeptical about their effectiveness and I wondered about the maintenance involved. However, I have been impressed by it and I now wish that I would’ve jumped on the bandwagon a long time agoAlmost my entire house has linoleum flooring. I don’t know what it is, but I feel like my house accumulates an above average amount of dust. On top of that, my golden retriever leaves a ton of hair everywhere. Safe to say, I have had to vacuum frequently to keep up with it. This thing is perfect for this situation. It is more effective than I expected and has done a great job of keeping the floors clean, despite the factors working against it.It also has a mop feature, which is a nice bonus because I didn’t realize that this was even an option for robotic vacuums. Mopping is something else I’ve had to do a lot more often that I’d like to. I’ve used the mop mode only a couple of times but it got the job done.The vacuum also has a remote and an app. The remote is handy but I actually haven’t taken the time to play around with the app yet. But I’m sure that it will also make the vacuum even more convenient once I get the hang of it.All in all, this vacuum has exceeded my expectations and I am happy that I purchased it – it definitely saves me a lot of time. I already plan to buy one for my parents, so needless to say, I definitely recommend it, especially for pet owners.

I am thrilled with my decision to purchase this robot vacuum. The mop feature works great. At 71 and cleaning my own home, this vacuum accomplishes much of my hard work. So spoil yourself and buy this item. It is pretty quiet, my dog does not chase it and it works great picking up dog hair. Need I say more?

Works perfectly, navigate smoothly and cleans everything, recommend if you have long hair pets

This vacuum cannot be left alone! It's so slim that it fits under my couch but needs assistance getting back out. It got stuck on the base of a heavy brass statue that is sitting on my floor. It did pick up a lot of stuff on the floor. I have a long haired cat that sheds and leaves clumps of fur on the floor. The clumps are about the only thing this vacuum didn't pick up. Easy enough to spot them and pick them up myself. The brushes on the sides help to sweep debris away from baseboards and legs of furniture. It transitioned easily over thresholds and from carpet to linoleum. I couldn't make sense of the direction of travel but it seemed to eventually come back and get places it missed the first time. I was surprised by how little noise it makes. I could watch TV or have a phone conversation while it's running. But be aware of where this little guy is! It's like a 2 yr old. You leave for 5 seconds and it disappears like Houdini. Definitely watch it a few times to identify the problem areas and consider moving certain items and picking up larger items of debris before vacuuming.

Like that the Robot Vacuum picks up well in going from tile to wood floors to area carpets.Has a good battery life and the remote is easy to use. Happy with my purchase.

As often happens, the company asked for a review. I never review unless I have something that I think can help others- pro or con. I appreciate others' reviews that often influence me to buy or skip a purchase.So- this vacuum is excellent. I've purchased two other brands of this type in the past and been happy with them. I purchased this because of the price.Suction power and the coverage of the rooms is great. This vacuum has a helpful feature that my other robo vacs don't- I can empty the dirt container while the vacuum is on the charger. The others I own (on other floors of the house) have to be picked up and 'kinda' taken apart to empty. I've only had this product for 4 weeks but it is used every few days. It seems well constructed and they included extra parts- the circle brushes that wear out, a filter, and a cleaning tool. My other brands did not do that. I can't comment on battery longevity into the future but the charged battery does last to clean three large rooms completely. I don't depend on the remote for timed cleaning. I do use it to start the vac when I'm leaving the house. The vac returns to the charger before I return home. Love that!If you're thinking of purchasing this type of vacuum and based on my experience, this one is an excellent choice.

Great product for the money. Bought this since our handheld vacuum kept getting clogged with dog hair- we have not had that problem with this vacuum yet! It picks up loads of dog hair, which does require it to get emptied more often but definitely worth it. We don’t really use the remote often. The timer is set to start in the morning and evening. It does have a hard time finding the “home base” every once in a while and does like to get stuck underneath the rocking chair but very pleased with the purchase overall. Did just realize it does not pick up pine needles off a fake Christmas tree so unfortunately had to get the other vacuum out for that!
