2025 TruFlame 89.2cm Wide Black Curved Glass Screen Wall Mounted Elect Fire with Pebble Effect

It was super fast delivery arriving two days after ordering, it came in two boxes so no damage what so ever. I am very surprised at how easily it was for me to mount onto my wall and assemble together, I am a female and I did it alone so do not be put off at trying your hand on this one. It looks so beautiful in my lounge with glowing effect, it actually looks like a real fire....but no mess!!! I am so pleased with my new purchse and thrilled that at three quarters of the prices of all others that I have looked at on the net or British Gas etc......WHAT A DEAL!!!! Would very much recommend this products, its a thumbs up for me.There is only one draw back on this product about 11 months after purchase it started to make this annoying sound, I contacted seller only to get an email back with no help or suggestions on how to fix (I only asked for suggestions on how to sort problem out not asking for money back etc....but they were very UNHELPFUL! After email I stripped it down and oiled it....it was lovely for 2 weeks then that annoying noise came back louder than before. Ok so solution is tv on so sound blocks out the annoying noise....still happy with fire....shame about after customer care!!!

Having originally bought a £600 wall mounted fire from B&Q which was faulty I was reluctant to buy another so expensive.I had read through the excellent reviews for this fire and have to say I was still a little suspicios that it could be as good as what people were saying, especially considering the price!We I have to say this wall mounted fire is excellent. It looks fantastic and is just the right size for us. The flame effect is also really nice too. I'm not sure how stores can justify such hight prices. This product is about a third the price of high street equivalents and looks just as good, if not better!Just be aware that it sits flat agains the wall with no clearance. It won't sit over a plug so you will need to wire it straight in to the plug socket or sit it above the plug.Excellent product can't reccomend it enough!

The fire was quite easy to position on the wall - plugs and screws came with it. It is not so easy to operate - the user is 94 years of age!. The remote device didn't work at all until I had put silver paper on the contacts so that the batteries could make contact as they should have done from the start. The heat output is very good, but I don't think I would purchase another remotely operated fire for someone as old as the householder. Simplicity is, in these circumstances, probably better. Very good value, though.

I've just purchased this item and am over the moon with it x it was easy to install x is a lovely big size x it comes with its own special bracket so no need to puchase one x I cannot understand the reviews on this item saying that the cable or mountings are visible x some people as so fussy x all I can say is that it is a stunning addition to any room x it has made a great focal point for my dining room x the flame effect is instantly switched on and off x and it gives out a good amount of heat x don't hesitate to buy it x it is worth more than they are asking for it x it definately has the wow factor

This is an excellent electric wall fire if you are primarily interested in its appearance. It has a hi-gloss back glass curved front and the flame effect is very realistic. You can have the flame effect on without the heat which is the setting we use most of the time. Fitting is also easy though you do have to drill a row of holes in the wall for the fixing bar.The only down side is that it doesnt heat the room up as quickly as previous electric fires I have had. I think this is because the heat vent is on the top so the hot air goes straight to the ceiling. My previous fire had the vent at the front so it pushed air in to the room which was much warmer. Though I dont think this is a fault with the fire - it relates to the fires design so any top vented fire would have the same issue. Maybe its a price you pay for a wall fire? So Ive just deducted one star for this reason.Thoroughly recommended though as its appearance is so good.

Fire is great looks lovely on my wall had so many compliments, wide range of colours. Delivery was early which was a bonus didn’t contact seller The Electric Fire Store but they sent me an update email which you don’t often get. An easy 5 star

Awful product. The fan heater was so noisy that we couldn't hear anything else in the room whilst it was on so we decided just to use it for the flame effect instead. The bulb went soon after and it is almost impossible to either obtain a replacement bulb or actually change the bulb without taking the whole fireplace apart to do so. Despite trying to register a complaint through Amazon and the company direct we have had no reply, feedback or apology.My advice would be to not buy this product as you really don't know what you're going to get until it may be too late.Now stuck with a useless 'fireplace' on the wall and looking for a decent new fireplace.

Looks very nice, was a great bargain for the price, if buying for heating purposes rather than decorative, do not buy this. The heating vents are at the top, this means the heat goes straight up instead of forward like my last fire. I had it on to try it, was on over an hour before chill taken off lounge (without central heating being on) I didn't return as it was cheap and have central heating so very rarely used my other fire, so won't need this for heat. I also suspect that where the heating vents are were your wall to be wallpapered it could possibly damage or dry it out causing wallpaper to change colour or peel, not a fact just a thought.
