Cheap and unstable
*edit - refund offered and taken*Sad to say that the whole thing is made of disappointment. The chassis is the best part as it looks good but the tiny battery lasts less than a min, the stability is shockingly bad and even with the slightest breeze it cannot be flown outside. Inside the control is terrible, barely registers the handset and just goes where it feels like that second, ignoring your wishes. I'm an experienced user of remote flight and while this was just to amuse the children regardless, it should still fly... A bit?! While it technically functions, I'd not waste your money. Avoid.

Excellent customer service Extra batteries
I bought a helicopter for my great grandson's a few months ago but the battery wanted charging often as the helicopter is fantastic , I emailed customer service , they got back to me strait away, asking if I could purchase a couple of spare batteries ? I paid for them PayPal and promptly received the two spare batteries , now we can have longer fun flying the helicopter! Thank you to the customer service team excellent service.

Needs to have an extra spare battery !!
Remote control helicopterNeeds to have an extra spare battery !!What's in the box?1 x helicopter1 x remote control (no batteries)1 x battery for helicopterCharging cableSpare helicopter bladesInstruction bookletI got this for my granddaughter as she loves remote controlled things.Slight confusion on the actual listing...not for children under 36 months but also not for children OVER 36 months?! The actual box says 14 years and over.Same with the flight instructions, on the listing it says not to be used indoors, but elsewhere says not to use outdoors?!Anyway! On opening the box it's nicely packed inside, everything you need including some spare helicopter blades. The actual helicopter is very lightweight, to the point of feeling quite flimsy to me. I get that it needs to be light to be able to fly, but it wouldn't withstand too many crashes or rough handling, which you need to bear in mind.Takes about an hour to charge up, and for that you get less than ten minutes actual flying time, which is why I think a spare battery should be included. It's actually great fun to play with, the remote is easy to figure out, and we've had fun with it both inside and outside. It maintained connection with the control well and was surprisingly responsive. The frustration for children (and adults!) comes from having to wait for the battery to recharge. So overall I've given just 3 stars as although it's brilliant fun, I wonder how long it will actually last for structurally, and for the cost I think a spare battery should be thrown in.
