Great add-on for people with larger hands
One of the selling points of the Canon R7 is its smaller lighter body. For those of us using larger, heavier lenses, and possessing large hands, the small body is a negative. I hoped that Canon would offer a battery grip, but that is not the case. This is a helpful compromise. It was easy to put on the camera and makes it fee more substantial.

Best Cage for the price!
This is by far one of the best cages you can get for the Canon R7 that's under $50! This also comes with the Hex key that magnetically stores under the cage. Pair that with the Arca-Swiss design, you're able to use this with any of your Arca-Swiss compatible products. This cage has allowed me to build out a mini video rig that I use very frequently. Definitely love how the top of the cage is also out of the way and allows me to connect items to my hot shoe without any issues.

Does the job.
Great extension for larger hands as the R7 is quite small. No other grip extenders out there other than those cheap leather ones.(At the time of this review anyway)
