I doubt it, I would use a type of construction adhesive.

Yes, this glue will adhere to metal

Q: is it usable for wall foam?

Not sure as we used it for a dryer seal, cloth to metal. It worked great for that and is heat resistant

Q: will this work on Borosilicate Glass? I'm trying to glue a magnet to it, for my 3d printer's bed
