Really helps making work boots feel better

I am on my feet a lot in my job and one particular pair of boots were not giving me enough support so I tried these insoles. The first thing to mention is that once inserted into your shoes they will significantly raise the heel of your foot, so my feet did initially rub where the material of the boots was higher up than my foot normally sits. After a few days this disappeared and I felt like my feet were a lot more supported. I have been wearing these for a few weeks now and they are still like brand new. Seem well made and durable.

I suffer from pronation, particularly in the right foot, that gives me some knee pain. Apart from exercises to strengthen my leg muscles, a good arch support seems to help in combatting this. These fit my size 10 1/2 shoes perfectly and didn’t need cutting down. I’m on my feet a lot at work and these have proven comfortable for a full day’s work. The quality seems good and they haven’t shown signs of excessive wear.

Great insoles, well packaged, and sized, these at my size, UK 9, slipped into my shoes with ease.As with all insoles size of the shoe changes, because the insole takes up room, so if your shoes are on the tighter side, insoles of any kind may not work.In terms of comfort, I am pleased to say these feel great.As this is a new from the box review - I can't speak to longevity from experience, but first impressions are of a well made product.
