Leather Care Kit

Having looked for the recommended constituents for a 'Care Kit', this product matched the requirements. It's only after use that the full benefits become apparent. To that end it has proved its worth and, having tested it on a discrete area of a handbag, my wife has no hesitation in now using the product immediately on all leather products.

While the cleaning product was okay, the sponge is actually a 7cm by 3cm cube. If you've got an entire sofa to clean it's entirely useless. Okay for spots I suppose.

Very good cleaning power, my cream leather sofas look almost like new, very pleased and not too much hard work either :)

I used this product straight away on my expensive bag, and not without some apprehension due to a couple negative reviews that talked about discolouration of leather, pigment being taken out etc. Granted the bag I used it on was black, but it worked like a dream, the bag looks as good as new. I am super pleased with this product. Probably would make sense to provide two sponges one for cleaning one for conditioning, like Guardian leather care kit does, but this is still a great alternative to my usual favourite.

Expensive, in my "faux" it's not up to much, maybe on real leather it's better?

This "gentle" leather cleaning kit bleached out my leather - pulled the pigment right out. Now I have uneven patches where I rubbed the leather clean, and the solution took out the pigment. I also didn't notice any improvement in water-seal after applying that product either.

The parcel arrived the day after I ordered, so no problem waiting. I have given three because I think better instructions could be given. A sponge and cloth are provided but which of these is for the conditioner. I cleaned a leather purse which was old but little dirt came off in the cleaning, the cloth was hardly smeared, just a little streak of light grey! The conditioner seems OK, I keep my bags in large cotton bags so they are kept free from dust etc. I purchased this kit because of the green lingo. I shall use it all.

I've just used this on my cream leather sofa that I've had for over 10 years. They have com up looking like new!! Will definately be buying this product again!!
