Just the job
Whilst working on one of my basses I decided to try lining the pickup and control cavities with copper tape. This product is easy to use and conducts well, even through the adhesive. It has cut the buzz on the bass so I have just lined a guitar too.

Great at keeping slugs and snails off pot plants
All good, wrap it around garden plant pots. It emits a low voltage charge when slugs and snails are around

Sheilded cat6 cable
Great for the sheilded contact of a cat5/6/7 etc... remove the foil from the end of the cable and apply a small amount of tape around the wire for a much neater finish.

Copper repels slugs as well as use for cables etc
Reviewing this tape roll, I had assumed it was for repelling slugs and snails for climbing into my Hosta pots - and that is primarily what I will use it for. The tapes is easy to tear or cut making installation fuss free. The adhesive has the right amount of stickiness for use on dry plastic pots. 2 or 3 rows of the 8 mm tape provides an attractive band whilst keeping garden nasties away. If hubby needs it for sorting wires out, his request might be considered.

Tested and works
I needed to solder a PCB board and needed to thermally protect 1 IC chip. I used this tape around the chip and proceeded to replace a defective transistor and cap. replaced parts and all good. no issues with the IC overheating and all works fine. very good tape and worked a treat. very happy will recommend.

The adhesive is not conductive, description is wrong
Despite what is says in the description, the adhesive is not conductive at all. Complete waste of time and money.

good copper tape
Nice shiny copper tape. I ordered this for use for arts and crafts as this will make a beautiful coppery border or lines for art pieces. You can also use copper tape to line your garden pots as it is said to repel slugs and snails.I deducted one star only because with the very thin tape (3mm one), I found it doesn't stay well wrapped around its spool. When handling the roll, it started to unravel from the centre of the spool to resemble a messy spring. It would be nice if somehow it stayed raveled better.

Sticks well, now to watch and see!
Ive stuck this to my plant pots, now to sit and watch it the slugs and snails stay away.🤞🏼It's a reasonable quality and sticks well to dry pots, so hopefully I can keep them at bay 🤞🏼I will update progress

Thin copper tape releases from paper backing and sticks well
This tape is as described in the product description. Though the title suggests the tape is equally conductive on the adhesive side and the free side ("double-sided"), the detailed product information clarifies it is only really conductive (without modification) on the free (exposed) side. The tape measured 0.007mm thick inclusive of adhesive. The description says the copper is 0.005mm thick, which seems accurate. The copper does tear easily, but is soft and conforms to non-flat or irregular surfaces if carefully placed. I fount the tenacity of the adhesive to be good. I am happy with this tape.
