Easy to use
Yes it's plastic but it doesn't need to be anything else. Works well. Just make sure you tip the pump back and then top up to ensure enough water is priming thr pump.

Wanted to find such a device to service my Bestway Saluspa inflatable hot tub, but could not find one available in the USA or Canada. Glad to see this from Amazon UK! Although shipping cost was more than I wish it was delivered promptly, faster than estimated. Expect it to help extend the useful life of our hot tub pump.

Absolutely brilliant product, fits perfectly, and you get new washers too. I would definitely recommend it, makes de scaling the pump really easy

Just Perfect!
Kit is great, easy to install, instructions perfect, even get some extra o rings as spares, simply a great product that does exactly what it says it does, simply install, add water, pour in some descale, I used a single liquid sachet of Oust, turn on the pump, set temp to 35. turn on the heater and wait 30 minutes, you can see the descale working which is great. Drain and refill with fresh water and then run the pump again, I did it with the heater running but probably don't need to, to flush the system, empty and reconnect to your hot tub, job done now time for a well earned soak!
