Don't expect miracles, but it works.
Me and my partner have been using it for about 1.5 months now. We have seen improvements in our bodies. Our sleep has got better.I can control my body weight more efficiently and my training has improved. It seems that it helps a lot if you work out and you want to see improvement faster. My skin also looks so much better.Overall it is a good product, the best on the market, and I am happy to continue taking it.

Made me worse
Iv been taking ashwaganda for years from different brand. Always worked wonders for my anxiety an depression.This is the first time i tried pukka brand. Since i have taken these i have been overthinking sooooo much. Many nighmares when i do get to sleep. Its like my mind wont switch off. Iv stopped taking them. Worst decision to change to this brand.

Great if you need help for stress.
This is very good for calming and easing stress and it's not addictive. I have used for a long time now and find it a great help, also helps sleeping problems, as I can't swallow tablets or capsuls I open and mix with yogurt.

Ashwangha might not be for you
This pill caused severe gastro problems to the point of debilitation. I am still in severe distress 7 days after stopping this pill.

Reliable brand
Although these are quite expensive I’ve given 5 stars for value for money as I feel so much better after using the product for several months. Anxiety levels have dropped. I don’t have difficulty in swallowing capsules - even large ones like these - and it’s hard to rate ‘flavour’ as they are not chewable.
