I had surgery a few years ago and have lost a lot of weight. Though after suffering with a few deficiencies had to totally change my routine and take a harder look at my nutrition. There are some things that weren't clearly explained at my surgery and it's all been abit of a whirlwind getting used to the new eating amongst everything else. When I read about bariatric clinical guidelines and what to take everyday I was stumped because alot of it wasn't even on prescription. I ordered it all still but it was so hard taking multiple things day in and out, the only specialist bariatric multivitamins I could find were abroad and so I just ended up getting them because even though it was costly getting more ill wasn't worth it. Also it was just really expensive to get multiple supplements to make up what I need here and on top of it stressful remembering all the timings. These are great and I don't need to take my Calcium or Biotin seperately anymore - it's saved me time and money. I've been taking them a little while now. Had my first bloods back which was all in range, best it's been in a while. And even seen an improvement in my iron I've been struggling to get up! Perfect. I've been trying a few of this brands things out and so far everything has been really good I must say.

It all started when I opened the bottle and saw the GIGANTIC tablets. If you have had your stomach reduced, one pill would already be too much. Then, I read that I’d need to take SIX of the enormous pills every day. I took 3 and was violently sick within 5 minutes. I contacted the seller and was told a refund wouldn’t be done because I had opened the bottle and was told to take 6 throughout the day rather than at once. I cut them in half and tried what he suggested. Once again, I was violently sick. I gave the bottle to my friend who nearly chocked to death whilst trying to swallow half of a pill. Her husband had to do the heimilich maneuver to save her life!!! Do not buy this!

I love this supplement. After getting the sleeve I was overwhelmed about which supplements to take and getting anxious about taking the right amount, especially after the conflicting info given after surgery and online. So happy I found this, so easy to follow, has everything I need to take so don't need to buy and remember to take multiple different tablets. I also love the fact that this was created by a British woman who has had surgery, so she completely understood the assignment!The tablets are on the larger side and at first I found swallowing one at a time difficult in the early days after my surgery. Months down the line I now swallow more easily and goes down without fuss. I literally can't go without taking these every day, I feel it when I miss a day so they are definitely doing what they should.

These tablets are great and easy to use and I love the fact that it is explained on the bottle how to take them depending on what surgery you've had. My only slight issue is that the tablets are quite big. Good value for money!

Having had surgery over 15+years ago, I over hauled my life to help others working as a personal trainer/nutritionist and keeping optimum health/wellness in myself and them, getting the right amounts of vitamins/minerals is always huge concern to bariatric clients. A client asked me to look at these Multivitamins & website thankfully.I can't stress the importance of a bariatric specific multivitamin over general multivitamins as absorption is less after surgery, we (bariatric patients)need higher amounts of vitamins & minerals. These Barixp multivitamins have or exceed all the recommended clinical dosages for Bariatric patients. For years I have had hassle of importing a multivitamin, which costs alot and is ultimately inferior to these, these multivitamins just made life so easy and save money.Most importantly I'm Impressed with the correct Bariatric specific dosages and to see the multivitamins are FSMP certified quality ingredients and amounts, will be taking and recommending to everyone.

They are large tablets. Not easy to get down because they smell as soon as you open the lid and even once you swallow you can still taste the tablet. I havent been able to continue use

They’re great to have as they contain lots of the vitamins that you need. Shame you have to take so many of them though and they are huge!

I have always had problems breaking down and absorbing all my nutrients through food. It doesn't help that I have a lots of intolerances. These tablets are great because they are absolutely free from all the usual bidden allegens like lactose. And they've replaced my regular b12 injections being so high in a superior form of this.So far so good. Gives you all the nutrients you need, which is perfect for me since I like the convenience of turning to one source for my nutritional needs. Much cheaper and more practical than going down the alternative route of multiple powders and tablets. Who has that kind of time?
