Great delivery service. The water feature is easy to assemble and remarkably sturdy. The only down side is it only works in full sunlight so need to be mindful when positioning it, but it really is a lovely addition to our garden

Positives: Looks great although I added eyes to the ducks with a marker pen as they don't have any. Construction is generally good. Birds haven't been near it yet but I'm not too bothered. The main thing for me is the sound and aesthetic. Downsides: Solar panels are so weak anything less than direct sunshine on both and the pump stops no matter how bright the day is otherwise. Really do need direct sunshine. I can live with this though and if the panels ever fail, if the rest of the unit is ok, I'll simply leave them in place and fit a larger external panel by running a wire down the back which will then see them running when cloudy, so not an issue for me.

Lovely water feature, BUT the pump just stopped working in bright sunshine only a month after I bought it, No overhanging trees, no obstructions, kept clean. It just stopped. Unless the 2 solar panels stopped powering it. I had to take it apart 3 times and clean every part thoroughly to get it going again and it's only a month old. Worryibg.

Easy to assemble and looks great. So much more reasonably priced than the exact same water feature in the garden centres

The media could not be loaded.  This is a really lovely addition to my garden and I love it! The customer service for this company is amazing. My beautiful fountain had a run in with a local cat (don’t ask! I have no idea!) and while the fountain itself wasn’t damaged, sadly the motor was, meaning it no longer worked. I reached out to them to see if it was possible to get a replacement part, bearing in mind this was through no fault of theirs, and they’ve sorted it for me! I can’t thank them enough nor recommend them more highly. Customer service like this is a rare thing nowadays. Thank you so much.

Update: Originally gave this a 4* review, but reduced to 3* because paint started flaking off a few weeks after I bought it, exposing the white resin, spoiling the natural 'stone' look.Was worried it might be too small, and 'plasticky', but it's a reasonable size - looks good in our modest garden - and made of some kind of resin which is hard and has a bit of weight to it. I had hoped to use a larger solar pump I already own with it, but access (under the removable top bowl) wouldn't allow anything much bigger than the tiny pump supplied. However... that pump does the job well. I set it up on an overcast day and was surprised to see water welling up into the top bowl as soon as the sun showed itself weakly between clouds. Each time the early spring sun came through it began working properly with a strong surge of water into the top bowl and a very healthy flow down to the lowest bowl. This thing will be absolutely fine in summer. The way the unit is cast gives you a deceptively large reservoir of water under the lowest bowl - that bowl drains into it, so unless you ignore it for weeks it should keep flowing, though seeing the lower bowl empty is a visual cue to top it up!The unit was well packaged in a large box with protective polystyrene. Slightly disappointing to find scraps of 'chaff' - hard pieces of the material it's made from - rattling around inside it. Presumably from when the aperture for the top bowl to sit in was cut. Not a big deal, easy to shake out, but a bit sloppy. There was also a very small (less than 1cm) point where the casting probably had a bubble in it and left a shallow indentation. Not worth sending back for, and not affecting function, but hints at poor quality control.Like most of these 'lower end' solar powered features you are supplied with a plastic stake to pin the panel into the ground - but you will need to move it to catch the sun at different times of day. I wish they'd ship them with some kind of wall mount / gimble. I made a basic wooden one so that it is easy to turn it round to face the sun without continually re-inserting it into the lawn/soil to angle it towards the sun.Conclusion: Fair value, works well but let down by poor quality paint finish that soon flakes off. Would also be better with a more sophisticated solar panel mount (as would most garden solar pumps)

La fontaine est juste parfaite.Le faite qu’elle perd sa platine comme beaucoup le dise. Cela ne nous dérange pas, sa ne cloche absolument pas. Bien sûr si on veut la remettre en couleur il faut des couleurs végétales pour les oiseaux mais en sois elle est parfaite. Juste les panneaux solaire très fragile.

Er plätschert sehr beeindruckend.Mich beruhigt dieses Geräusch!

Le moulage de la résine est bien fait et lui confère une belle esthétique.Elle fonctionne également par temps semi-nuageux.Les oiseaux ont vite compris l'apport de l'eau et les bains.Y ai ajouté une pierre dans chaque bol pour nos amis les insectes et leur éviter la noyade.Je ne regrette pas l'investissement...
