Big seeds making large seedlings ~
Took longer than some to germinate but the large seedlings more than made up for that. Playing catch-up in this late growing season I still hope to have a harvest of this new to me variety. Training them up an obelisk to keep the scalloped yellow beautiful fruit off of the ground thus preventing rot. Use old tights to keep the weight of the fruit balanced off of the stem, well thats the plan!! Hoping to enjoy this bright yellow squash in autumn soups and stews. Fingers crossed everybody.

Poor germination
Having germinated successfully many types of squash this year, these were the only ones that were not very good

Bit disappointed with the harvest though
I planted a few of these early this year and two of them grew to a decent size. Bit disappointed with the harvest though. I have only had 3 from one plant and 2 from the other so far. BUT thats probably something to do with my methods as well - Im a bit of noobie to this. Disappointing Harvest on most of squash plants this year so I dont think the seed is to blame. Most importantly they taste amazing!
