These shoe inserts are perfect for my dress shoes. I wear an 8.5 to 9.5 in women's shoes depending on the brand and style. I dont know if they would cover enough of a pair of heels for a size 10 in womens or larger. However, they fit perfectly in my shoes. The heel part is just enough to take pressure off on my heel bone. It's not so thick that my feet are raised above the shoes. The only downside to these is that after a few times, these do get flat. So if you are a curvy lady like myself, you may need to replace these every so often. It's still super comfortable and worth the price. I'd recommend these to anyone with shoes that need a bit more cushioning.

These heal pads are very comfortable. I have a scar on my left achilles caused by a traumatic accident when I was a child. So depending on the shoes I wear, I can feel discomfort and pain. I attended a wedding recently and used a pair of these heel pads. I was so comfortable. My achilles didn't bother me at all. They are reusable and it comes with 4 pairs.If the shoes are the exact size, they may become a little tighter when using the heel pads, though.

These are different than typical heel pads in that there is also the segment which goes under the foot. While the pictures are all of women's heels, the name indicates they work for men too, and so my son tried them in his new soccer cleats which were chafing. Unfortunately, the added depth of that piece underneath made him feel like his feet weren't fully inside his cleats, and so he didn't feel comfortable enough to try on the field to see if the chafing would've at least been addressed. In his case, they did not work.At the saem time, for womens' heels or for shoes which are clearly too big, this is a great solution. In addition to how cushion-y they are, the fact you can remove after it's been attached and reposition or reuse, makes them more useful too. Nice product, just not a universal one.

These heel inserts arrived quickly, and in good shape. I was surprised, though, at how big they were, as well as how thick. Granted, the description did say they could be used to help with shoes that were a little on the large side, but I did not apply to my shoes.I put them into my new walking shoes, to help with heel pressure when breaking them in, and I found them almost too big to keep in those shoes. The adhesion worked well, but I’m not sure I’m gonna be able to put these pads into another pair of shoes, despite what it says, in the description of the product – namely, that they can be reused.Perhaps, with longer wear, the pads themselves would get compressed, and would therefore feel more comfortable in my pair, but I am not sure it’s worth keeping them in my shoes at this point because of how tight they are making them on my feet. The next time I purchase shoes I’ll go slightly looser, to make sure I don’t have any pressure points, and then these heel pads will probably come in handy.In my opinion, these appear to be good for folks whose new shoes are larger than one normally wears; they will take up the extra space to prevent slipping, as well as protect the heel from rubbing. But on a well fitting pair of shoes, these heel pads may prove too large and bulky.

I like the design of the heel insert pad better than the ones that don’t have a bottom heel attached.First, these make it easier to place the pads in correct position.Also, the little robbery nubs help keep your heels from sliding.The one fault I found is that the backing does not peel off cleanly.I wasn’t sure if there were one or two layers to peel off because some of it sticks and what should be sticky Mia not very. There is enough to hold in place but I don’t know for how long.They are spongy and tighten the foot from two directions.

Ordered these heel inserts for a pair of Merrell hiking shoes that were slipping in the heel area and feel about 1/2 size too large. This is an economy pack with 4 pairs of inserts. The adhesive backing peeled away with no difficulty. It is always a little tricky trying to get these placed accurately, but this pair was one of the easier ones I have used.The ankle part of the insert has little silicone dots that help the heel stay in place in the shoe without any discomfort. I was concerned that I would be able to feel the foot bed part of the insert since it is cushioned, but it has not been a problem and is comfortable when walking.No problems with the insert pulling away or slipping out of place. They claim to be reusable, but I have not had them long enough to reuse them yet. Will update review if needed. Good value; recommend.

I liked the design of these as I’m fed up of heel pads that gradually work their way up and out of your shoe. These go under the heel as well as up the heel adding an extra element of security. The adhesive seems to be good, although I have not had the opportunity to try these out for an extended length of time. I do wish that the part that goes under your heel was a bit wider, and fit the shoe width fully.

I have a pair of flats that were rubbing the back of my heel. They were otherwise VERY comfortable, but I was quite concerned about being able to wear them for more than about a hour. These heel pad inserts are PERFECT for keeping the shoes from slipping up and down. I also like that these pads extend to under my heel, which helps keep them from becoming dislodged and sliding around all over the place. Very pleased with these!
