17" Reusable Bamboo Straight Arm "A" Tongs - Green - 3 Pieces

The tips on all three bamboo tongs were misaligned and didn't meet, making it impossible to grasp anything with them. Luckily, I'm Asian and I know how to reshape bamboo using heat and pressure. I was able to make them workable to a certain extent. Over time they would revert back to their misaligned state. My final solution was to heat reshape them and then clamp them with a clip until I needed to use them. I wasn't expecting much for the price and I wasn't disappointed.

I was looking for the 17 inch size. These are only 12 inches. The packaging says 17”. But the are not!I am very disappointed….

We use these for feeding snakes, and they've never been through a dishwasher or anything like that since we bought them. The first came unglued at the brace in the U joint after a month of regular usage. Given the price for 3, that's not bad, but it's a little unexpected given the strength of bamboo. I didn't expect the glue to be the weak point.

Like the sturdiness and will be able to use for years to come

One was broken, one was bent the other okay. Guess I paid 8.88 for one set of “reusable” bamboo Tongs.
