This headband reminds me of will power and will power is constant thing that you have to refine.Will power won’t cure severe illnesses but it will help you find solutions for a better quality of life!I wear this on my head to remind me to be strong and use my will power. It reminds me thatI’ve stopped smokes, drink and bags of sweets! Alcohol was and is the hardest and that’s why Ineed reminders.
