They deserve no stars at all. They are totally unsuitable for the purpose of keeping banknotes safe or for collectors. Far from being 2 mills thick, the sleeves are barely 0.5 mills thick. Having worked in museums, in my opinion they are worthless. To add insult to injury, the seller has so far refused to refund my return postage costs of £3.
