I bought this product in 2018 and enjoyed it for a few months before I stopped using it. I recently wanted to use it again and I don't have the same phone or the original log-in information. They emailed me log-in info but I couldn't get the app to work. After 2 messages with the seller I finally figured out what the problem is.The app you need to use is called Sweetsleep, with no space between the words and is only found on the Apple App store for iPhone and iPad. So it worked on my old iPhone.In the android Play store, there is an app called Sweet Sleep with a space between the words. It's not the same app and does not track your sleep patterns. It only plays music. So I can't use this with my Samsung S10.I hope this helps people having the same issue.

This sleeps under your pillow. The speaker volume is low, but still useful. The app is on point to what my Fitbit says. I like it and will continue to use it.

My partner likes to fall asleep to youtube, podcasts, and not the quiet kind either, music, laughter. I cannot tune that stuff out. Bought this pillow mat in desperation, not really trusting reviews, but it honestly and truly works. He puts it under his head and I can't hear a thing. I can't even tell it's on. He says it's perfectly comfortable. Much more comfortable than headphones or headbands with speakers. Some people say the wire breaks after a lot of use. Honestly, I don't care. I mean, I hope it holds up, but since this is the only solution that works for us, we'll just spring for another one.The only downside is, he can't use it very well when he's sitting up in bed, so we need both headphones and the pillow mat.

Volume is barely audible when plugged into an ipod or iphone.

First of all I did not take part in the alleged 'smart' functions of this mat. Did not trust it wanting access to everything on my phone.Second of all I tend to side sleep, which means my ears were directly on those things.The basic concept of the pillow mat - inlaid speakers to comfortably listen to stuff in bed - does work pretty well a small caveats. The speakers are clearly earbud based because the sound comes from specific points and you have to just listen for the sweet spots and hold it as you settle down. If your ears are a hair off you're getting nothing. I would have preferred they put that surface area to more use than that.

Sound is great but wish that it had an amplifier and volume control like one manufactured by C Crane. One distinct advantage over cone-type pillow speakers, which I have used for years, is that my wife cannot hear any sound from the The Smart Pillow speaker system.One BIG negative for this device is that the connecting wire is WAY too short. At minimum, it should by TWICE as long. I am going to extend it by 3 feet.Montana Bob

Do not buy this if you don't have a million dollar Phone. And I do not understand why I can't use this with my Tablet. I do not want to use this with my phone, my phone is something I use during the day and this way I would have to use it at bedtime also. My tablet is more than ready to be used for bedtime.
