After my Coach tote finally wore out, I decided to make the switch to a backpack for work. I wanted a bag that could carry my stuff to the office and that I could also use for a quick overnight trip. My friend told me to check out Knack and after researching all their bags, I thought the Small Knack looked perfect (I am 5'4" and slight build). Unfortunately, when I got my new Knack, I was heartbroken when I didn't see any backpack straps. After poking around the bag, I'm embarrassed to say that I found the straps tucked away in a zipped closed back pocket ( I guess the straps can be tucked away so you can use as a briefcase?). Problem solved! I've since been using my new Knack everyday. The bag's organization, quality and capacity are great and it is just the right size for me. I am so happy with my decision!

The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t sure what I was getting into but this backpack is definitely worth the investment. It’s extremely high quality and well designed. I love the quick access pockets in the front for things like my phone and AirPods when I’m on the go. I also love the expandable suitcase compartment in the back, which is perfect for travel and going from work to the gym. The material of the backpack is durable and the back padding is super comfortable to wear for long periods of time. There are also some fun features on the backpack that I have not seen before like the hidden water bottle compartment, the trolley sleeve, and the detachable straps that tuck into the backpack. 10/10 would recommend! My go to backpack for everyday now.

I really wanted to give it a 5, but it’s a bit small and it doesn’t always stand up. It’s also a bit pricey. All that aside, the expandability is awesome, turning this rather small 17L daily commuter pack into a 27L weekend bag with a fully opening suitcase enclosure in the back. It has plenty of pockets and a very sleek design. It’s a 5 star bag + 3 star price = 4 stars

I got this as a quick day bag for weekends and also for riding bikes with the kids since I might need to take some extra clothes/snacks with me. The Knack large expandable bag fits like a sleeve inside the expandable compartment and there are a few pouches in the front compartment for small items (key/wallet). I think a key loop attachment would have been helpful but I just put my key fob in the pouch. The back is very breathable and the strap and buckle are high quality. The buckle has a satisfying click when you snap it. I wear this as a sling over the shoulder but it could be used in other configurations like around the waist.

Missing necessary stuff and pockets. Too small.

I've been daily driving this bag for about half a year now. I'm not particularly a "heavy user" and treat my things with care but the bag has held up well so far with no noticeable signs of damage. Obviously its not as durable as my GoRuck but I can see the bag holding up after another 5 years of use no problem.Mine carries a 16inch laptop, a 17.3inch laptop, a 13inch tablet, their respective chargers + random tools, documents, edc, and a change of clothes.Suggestion: bag would be better if it had a false bottom in the laptop compartment to protect it even better.

Bought this for travel and double duty as a work bag. Did one overseas trip with it (7 days) and decided to return. Here's my 2 cents on it (SMALL size):Pros:- Looks nice when not expanded- Can fit a lot in it. Easily was able to gobble up a laptop, iPad prod (13"), Steam Deck in case, charger cables, Bose headphones in case, and clothes.- Separation between zippered areas is nice- Straps were comfortable- LightweightCons:- Don't buy if you're tall. I'm 6' and this felt like a child's backpack on me. When expanded, this is really pronounced and it sticks out really far.- The laptop sleeve leaves a lot to be desired. Very flimsy. Overall backpack has basically no structure, so it loses its shape easily.- When expanded the zipper is very visible and the backpack simply isn't attractive.
