Very Low Quality Balloons!!
Around 5-6 balloons bursted while filling the air and 10 to 15 balloons bursted on its own while they were sitting on the floor. No one in the room and we could hear balloons burst every 5-10mins. First time ordered without looking at the reviews because this was the fastest delivery. I received lesser balloons as well. By the time we cut the cake, only around 30-35 balloons were left!!!!!!
