The item has an exposed fibreglass frame which gives the 'cave' its shape. My dog chewed on this frame immediately and when I touched the fibreglass frame I got splinters in my fingers. The product is not safe.

As a previous customer has pointed out, it's a fiberglass support which holds it up and mines was delivered damaged. When I touched the support it snapped and I received multiple splinters in my hand. I believe it's not safe for use.

Nothing like the photo
Absolutely nothing like the picture it hasn’t got the thickness of the picture . It doesn’t stand up like the opening on the picture it just flops back and the frame that supposed to hold the opening open could be dangerous to your animal if chewed i have sent it back and waiting for a refund
