I have damaged a tendon in my foot, causing a fallen instep, which is very painful to walk on. I am waiting for an orthotic to be made and in the meantime have used Slimfit Berry. It is really good and very supportive and enables me to walk with a minimum of pain. If you need instep support I would recommend this item.
