I like this scale because it connects to the app (Fitdays) seamlessly.Once you connect the app and the Scale once, all you have to do is to keep the app open on the phone and keep the phone closeby and simply jump on the Scale and it records everything on the app like a charm.Surprisingly, your app will record not only the Weight but a lots of other important variables, such as your BMI, Body Fat, Body water, Bone Mass and many many other variables. I dont know how they measure these, but it appears every time you measure your weight.I hope the 4 plates on the scale has something to do, and I guess these nicle plates are sensors to measures other variables that I see on the app.This scale has made it extremely easy for me to keep an eye on my weight, I just jump in every day.One word of causion, this had weight sensors on its four legs. So, if you place this on a carpet, your measurements will not be accurate. Always keep the scale on a hard and levelled surface to get an accurate measure.Looks wise, this is really nice posh looking scale which I prefer to keep in my visitor bathroom.

The media could not be loaded.  I like the design of it and appreciate that it comes with batteries so you don't have to run out and buy batteries.I have installed the app and although I followed the steps it didn't register the weight and the rest of the details at first and I had to give it 2 more tries.It worked in the end. The weight was accurate however things like visceral fat and metabolic age were way off compared to the results shown on the one I already had.I feel like the results might have a negative impact if the person weighing themselves was very self conscious.My metabolc age was 3 years over my actual age and the visceral fat was in the red section whereas my current device showed the visceral fat in the blue section and metabolic ages is the age I'll be turning this year in less than 6 months.I like the device overall but I'd say take the results with a pinch of salt

It's OK, there are so many different ones on the market that offer the same features. In the end its a scale and tells you your weight.

This is a premium looking set of bathroom scales which includes functionality for BMI, body fat, protein, BMR, muscle Mass, bone mass etc via it's downloadable Fitdays app, it operates utilising 2xAA batteries which are supplied..I was seeking a set of standard bathroom scales, but on looking through the listing noticed these, they have lot's of bells and whistles which i wasn't particularly bothered about, but with a price tag of around £30 i ordered them regardless.Item arrives boxed in a suitably branded box, so is suitable for gifting if that is your intention.The scales require 2X AAA batteries to function which are supplied, there's also a decent manual for use along with an explanation of the app.There's a switch underneath for unit switching between Kg, Lb and Stones, the item also has four proper feet pads which make this feel like a premium product and also prevent slippage.The top of the unit has an easy to view readout, the glass finish and general look again feels premium, making these scales seem much more expensive than traditional bathroom scales. they also have a weight capacity of 396lb/180kg equivalent to 28 stone which is significantly better than most cheaper alternatives.Personally i am satisfied with the scales as are and feel this justifies the current price alone, i don't wish to indulge in the app functionality myself, thus i handed these over to the missus to test out the additional app related functionality.On first impressions she likes tinkering with the app functionality and related readouts, i'm glad it keeps her busy, but personally i just want to check my weight now and again.Recommended
