Did what was instructed, and also watched some YouTube videos to make sure I was doing it right.Managed to first clean the head of the screw, but when I reversed the bit to then gently remove the screw (drill on power setting 1 and in reverse) the bit attached to the screw but sheared off.The irony is that whilst the bit was brittle enough to simply snap, it was bedded in to the original screw, and no amount of drilling after that could make a dent in the drill bit that is now blocking the screw!So after the hours and pointless effort, my motorbike faring has gouges from my drill sliding off the sheared drill bit (there is mess from gaffer tape as well) and I ended up using a 5p cable tie as there is now no way I can get the original screw out with the sheared bit broken off on top of it.Will be returning for a full refund.I would suggest not spending your money on this product, and pay more for better quality.
