25 pcs Cast Corner Bracket for 2020 Series Aluminum Extrusion 20x20x17mm (03-001)

Excellent, Compared to other cheaper offerings, these are nice and clean. pic 3 and 4 shows another brand I had tried, they where cheaper for a reason, lots of cleanup with a file, and the inside corner angle has casting that sticks up and is uneven, right where your screw head will want to sit down, fairly impossible to get in there to smooth it down so the screw can sit semi flush. Thats what you want to look for on these brackets, this particular, seller has a nice clean product, I bought 2 of these 25 lots, and both are all the same quality through out, notice all the holes are nice clean, other cheaper ones require a bunch of filing to clean out / punch out the slots. I file off the outside nibs on the 2 sides, I checked these, and they where 90.Would and will buy again from this seller.

These brackets seem to do the job, they were fairly rough casting and do not appear to be aluminum to me. Based on how soft they are and the texture it feels like to me they are zinc versus aluminum. I need to grind the tabs off one side and they dremel'd off super easy and didn't even put enough fight up to get the bracket warm. I've got some from other manufacturers and the effort it took to sand those tabs off would heat it up so hot it was difficult to hold the bracket. They measured in at ~19.7 x 19.7 x 16.8 for me and did require some flashing cleanup. I expected that though since they need to omit something in manufacturing to be able to sell them for less money than others.I'd likely buy them again if needed assuming none of the break on me.

The product worked as expected, although when you place a 17mm bracket against a 20mm length of extrusion, you wonder why they aren’t 20mm brackets. The finish is a bit rough, but exactly what you would expect of cast aluminum.Overall, would definitely use these again for another project requiring 2020 framing.

Came in much higher quality than I was expecting. Some still have edged that need cleaning but they come right off with a deburr tool.Has been working perfectly. They are cast, and I don't think they're aluminum, but they are sturdy and had no signed of wanting to snap yet. For the price I don't know what more you'd want.

It clamps Aluminum Extrusion corners together, what more can you ask for!The castings are on the rough side, but this isn't a beauty pagent, it's for functionality.

Pot metal but good

Very good. it is not pure aluminum material, looks like some aluminum alloy. the parts are very strong, enough to hold my 200lb setup

These are the same things you can buy from some other online sellers only much cheaper!They work great!!!
