This chair i feel is definitely not designed for outdoor use.i had one for 3 weeks decided to send it bk.i found it unstable to use outdoors.felt like i was going to get tipped out if i went down assisted kerbs.it was not stable enough to get on bus or train. Got onto the ramp of a bus one of the bk wheels came off the bus ramp and had to get 3 people to help me get bk on ramp.there were other issues with this chair to
