He is both adorable and funny. We gave it to our niece for her birthday and it was a big hit!

Billy’s ratings come entirely from my 8 year old grandson’s reaction when he opened Billy and his cohort, Extinct Eddy (my personal favorite), on his birthday. These toys do nothing but change the expression on their faces, leaving a child’s imagination to create the storyline, which will change moment to moment.Great gift especially for the cost. I’m also loving the name, Feisty Pets.

Bought this for my 12 year old. He is obsessed with Narwhals and random crazy stuff so it was perfect. My husband asked him what his favorite Christmas gifts were and he replied his Nintendo Switch and his Narwhal.
