The bike is ok as is smaller frame good for anyone under 6 foot tall all parts went together with ease now converted to rear hub ebike runs well and has held together amazing

The bike is rubbish sent with a buckled wheel been fixed but still buckled tried to replace the bike which was on its way then got email to say I was getting the replacement bike that day.but never got it, it was returned to amazon I called them an there was no reason given as to why it as taken back to amazon so would never buy a bike again I ended up paying over 600 for a bike in Halford for my son

Whoever put it together needs to pay attention to detail handle bars were on the wrong way, back wheel to tight I can't get it off to replace inner tube breaks not put on correctly I've had it 5 month and it's falling apart already not worth how much I paid at all

for the price its amazing i would reccomend changing the brake pads tho, which costs about £10 but its worth it as these melt pretty quickly

I had to take the bike to a bike repair shop to be assembled. This cost me £35.The bike is lightweight but it is not a good bike. I regret buying it.I would have returned it. But, I have thrown the packaging away. And it will cost another £35 to disassemble the bike.I will just count my losses and move on.

I use this for work and the peddle will not stay on it keeps coming off I’ve had a few family members look at the bike and the peddles look like they are not matching (like I’ve been sent 2 different batch peddles)Please can someone help me I really like the bike but I can’t use it due to the peddle falling off

Handlebars keep coming loose/falling off! Very unsafe!!! Not fit for purpose
