Strangely, it is working for me, but I also put in some extra effort of going for a walk early morning and some weight training.Before taking this pills, it would take atleast 2-3 hours to fall asleep, with these pills it is less than 30 mins, I've been tracking my sleep cycle through fit bit watch and my deep and rem sleep improved. Happy with the product, been using it for last three weeks.I usually take it around 6pm after my last meal of the day.

I like this product, eat this jelly before 15 to 20 mins you're going to bed It's give you good sleep, The Taste of jelly is ok

It seems to work but you need to put little effort to avoid screen time and use eyemask if possible.Worked fine first few days but seems like no-drowsy effect is not seen anymore.It's every good to break your incorrect sleep cycle(with little extra effort).

It works fine as I was having trouble sleeping, I bought this because of trust in the Vicks company, it works well and I would recommend not taking more than 1 jelly 1 hour prior to sleeping and avoiding screen time, and only drinking water, For smoker - please don't smoke after popping one of these cause it will cause a severe Nausea and other than that felt no side effects work perfectly Fine. Using it for more than 5 Months now.
