Price good, quality good, comfortable.

With having high arches I wanted something that would allow me to run without the pain and mega expense of support trainers. I wasn't expecting much from them as they are cheap and you never get nothing good these days for low cost. After 2 runs they have proven to be comfortable and arch supporting. I will definitely buy more for as long as they are kept at the price they are. I will also order some foe my everyday use trainers and not just my running ones so I'll keep a stock of them.I recommend them

They are okay for cheap insoles Firstly, when I measured the insoles against my normal insoles, they were way off in sizing. I cut the actual insole two sizes bigger And still found that it was lacking at the end of the shoe. Very cheaply made very hard on the foot, but they do do the job. Obviously, you need to take your original insoles out and put these in otherwise you are going to have very tight shoes. Would I buy them again probably not but the ones I use are a lot more expensive. I found them to be very cheap materials and hard.

So far these insoles seem ok, arch support is good and the heels seem soft so they're doing the job. They feel cheap in the plastic used for the arch, and I don't think they will keep their shape long. The benefit is that you can cut them down to your size. Walking with them so far is comfortable but I wonder about the gap in the hell and how the padding will hold out.

I found these to be too thick for use in shoes & boots, but eventually realised that I could utilise them in my slippers to prevent being flat footed on hard floor surfaces. Hoping this will help relieve the pain from my plantar fasciitis...only time will tell 🤞🏻

Too thick for all my shoes

Feel strange to start with so used them for 3 hours first time I used them all the time. Noticed had no pain in knee which is great. I all ways fell them when I put shoes on but after about half an hour you forget you have them in
